Returns & Refunds — Love Different

Every Love Different piece is crafted with care and intention.
We hope you feel that same care when it arrives.

However, if your order isn’t as expected, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by e-mail.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

• Exchanges are not offered — if you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order once your return is processed.

• Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Each return request is reviewed individually.
