Shipping policy

1. Processing

Every Love Different order is prepared with intention and care.
Once your order is placed, it enters production and quality control before shipment.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.

  • During high-demand periods (drops or limited releases), processing may take slightly longer.

  • You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

We work to ensure every order leaves in perfect condition.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship worldwide from our London-based logistics partner.
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 6–14 business days

These are estimated timeframes — delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier capacity.
Love Different cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel is in transit.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We aim to keep shipping fair and transparent, without hidden fees.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
You can follow your delivery in real time until it reaches your door.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take packaging and handling seriously.
However, if your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

We’ll work directly with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a fair resolution.
Each case is reviewed individually.

6. Returns

For all return conditions, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned parcels without prior approval will not be accepted.
